Educational charity As the School of Philosophy Midlands is a registered Educational Charity (not-for-profit) and all tutors, assistants, admin, maintenance and refreshment teams are all volunteers from in and around Birmingham, the school still has overheads it has to pay such as rent, electric, advertising, phone, rates, etc. To help towards us continuing and being able to pay for the up-keep of the school we are happy to receive any and all donations, no matter how small or large.

Students are encouraged neither to accept nor reject the ideas put forward, but to test them in practice for themselves, in the light of their own experience.
